Separation Techniques in Mass Spectrometry

Mass spectrometry is an analytical technique which ionizes molecules and sorts those ions based on their mass to charge ratio. Basically, it measures the mass of the sample and used to investigate the structure of materials to attain the quality spectra. Identification of unknown peaks in gas chromatography (GC/MS)-based discovery to find the protein metabolomics is challenging, and it remains necessary to permit discovery of novel or unexpected metabolites in the Signaling pathways and further our understanding of how genotypes relate to a phenotype of that genomic series. It also considered being important for the protein discovery and further research process.  Mass spectrometry is an analytical tool used for measuring the molecular mass of a sample.
